Cancellation Policy
I ask 36 hours notice in order to cancel your appointment, after 36 hours I
require 40% of your quoted services to be paid before rebooking.
“3 Strikes” - if you cancel/reschedule an appointment multiple times I will require a deposit to be paid before allowing an appointment to be booked.
While unforeseen circumstances happen, please let me know and we will talk
about what will be best to do moving forward.
The deposit is nonrefundable.
